 We offer a comprehensive multi-discipline service, whereby Boulter Stewart Limited acts as client representative, project manager or quantity surveyor. In such a role, we are able to provide project management, design, quantity surveying / cost management and supervisory services from project inception through to completion.
Our construction management service allows us to organise building on a management basis, including obtaining and bids / tenders for separate work packages, monitoring payments and supervising project works. Boulter Stewart Limited’s flexible approach means that services offered can be adapted, as required, to suit the needs and capabilities of the particular client. · Site Selection and Feasibility Studies We are able to assist in the selection of suitable sites in both the Bangkok area and the provinces, and have a working knowledge of the major Board of Investment promoted industrial estates. Our local knowledge enables us to provide important input on essential local issues which may affect overall project feasibility. · Engineering Design and Total Design Management We are able to appoint specialist designers, draft design agreements, review their work and manage multi-disciplinary design teams. We also undertake civil and structural design services in house. · General Building and Civil Engineering Construction We undertake building and civil engineering construction management contracts for a variety of works both individually and in Joint Venture with other building and engineering contractors · Construction Management Services Our team can assist clients in the selection process for general and specialist contractors. We believe in the necessity of transparent bidding processes aimed at securing the best possible deal for our clients while ensuring that a suitably qualified contractor is appointed. Depending upon the form of contract adopted and our Client's needs our staff are also available to assist in managing the site work. · Contract Administration and Cost Control If required we can administer contracts for the design and / or the construction. This activity includes the measurement of work done, completion inspections, issue of contract notices and the valuation of change orders.
